I will be releasing the agenda in the next day or so, Please be sure to check back... Sorry for the delays, I am working it out with the Aquarium Rep at this moment... Because of our sheer volume we will need to split the behind the scenes tours up into 3 groups... this much we know, we are still discussing what times those tours will take place and how many people on each tour... I will post a list of who is in what group and the time for that group once It is made available to me. Thanks for your patients guys!

OK, So agenda will follow as such... ***changes have been made to the BTS groups, please see below**

11:45am----Everyone shows up (we will meet right outside the enterance to the aquarium)
11:45am - 12:00pm----- Tickets will be passed out
12:00pm-----We will Enter the Aqaurium(Aside from the Behind the Scenes Tour; everything will be Self Guided)
1:00pm-3:00pm----Behind the Scenes Tours(see below for more details)
3:10pm---- We can regroup in the Cafeteria
3:30pm- 6:00pm---- Continue self guided tours.The Aquarium will Close @ 6:00pm (est). You are free to stay as long(up till they close) or as     short as you like. You are welcome to leave whenever.

****Due to our group size we will need to split up into 3 groups and over 2 time frames in order to do the Behind the Scenes Tour... 2 groups will go at 1pm and 1 will go at 2pm****

Just some FYI's.... PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING MONEY FOR PARKING... $5-10 will usually cover...

Parking:
--Shark symbol signs with arrows will lead you to the parking garage adjacent to the Newport Aquarium. Garage clearance height is 8' 2" on the first level only; all
other levels are 7' 2".
 
--CARS: The parking garage accommodates more than 400 cars; call Parking Solutions @ 859-291-4624 for current
rates. There is a 450-car overflow lot located at 4th and Columbia Street, 1.5 blocks away.


BTS TOURS:
To ensure your group has the best experience possible we suggest that your group
check in no later than 15 minutes prior to time of your reservation. Guests arriving late
will not receive the complete 45 minute tour. Tours will be canceled if guests arrive
more than 20 minutes late.

For your safety and enjoyment each tour is limited to a maximum of 15 people per tour.
Last minute guests that would exceed the 15 people maximum cannot be
accommodated.

From Covington
Take 5th Street in Covington and follow as far as it goes. Turn left on to Garrard. You will come to a traffic light, turn right and come across the bridge into Newport. Go approx. 7 blocks and turn left on to Washington. Proceed to traffic light at the bottom of the hill. Turn Left into Parking Garage.


Indianapolis
I-74 to I-75 South;
I-75 to 50 East/I-471 South exit;
