Title: Lazy FedEx Delivery Guy?

I had 10 LEDs scheduled to be delivered today. They come in signature required. The delivery guy arrived, walked up to the door and put a delivery attempt tag on the door and left. He never rang the doorbell or knocked. The lights are heavy and would’ve took two trips on a dolly. I think he was lazy and didn’t want to bring them up which is why he didn’t ring the bell. Called FedEx and they said they would attempt another delivery tomorrow. Needless to say I wasn’t happy and escallated the issue.

Here is video. Watch how he came back a second time to scan tag. Something startled him

I’ve had them pull this at my house before too... my wife works from home and literally sits 25ft from the front door. It is super frustrating....

I would be really mad also.  I have had several overnight coral deliveries and they just put the package at the front door and dont even bother to ring the doorbell so you know that it is there.  Could lay there for hours if you wouldnt be waiting on it.

  Looks like FedEx has a bad one there! I have had Fish and Coral placed on my rear porch of the house and no knock, I found them by luck. I got an email notice that they were delivered but the front porch was empty.

One would hope he is looking for a new job but doubt it. My delivery guys are top notch. Both fedex and ups. Know a guy who works for fedex and says that’s more common then one would imagine. Lazy, lazy, lazy!

That’s bull.....I would be going up to the hub and showing the manager that.

That is a cool video. I can only imagine his excuses. This guy gets paid to ride around in a truck and put stickers on a door? Wow. Very sad.

I would have to strongly agree with you. Especially if it was a live shipment.

Fedex has a real problem with this.  They have done it to me before too.  I won't use them if I can avoid it.
