Title: any warbird fans?

I was out at the springfield airport yesterday for the annual barnstormer carnival they host there.  Ran into Justin and his wife Erin (merlin3) (erin) who were there with their 2 planes.  Anyways out of nowhere this twin mustang f-82 does a fly by and lands for fuel.  It turned out it was on its way to Oshkosh Wisconsin for a huge aviation gathering.  Just happened to land for fuel while the carnival was going on.  What a treat!!

That’s awesome! Was it as loud as it looks? Lol

Our son is going to the Oshkosh this year. He’s really looking forward to it.
