In the process of building a hood for the 250 during the time off. Since adding kessils to the tank the shimmer reflected in the room is ridiculous so hopefully this helps. It’s a 27 gallon. That’s my low tech tank. No skimmer, just a HOB filter.

The entire frame sits on top and the trim will hide the tank frame.
