with a condascending and snotty attitude you sold me 4 gallons of R.O. water in a 5 gallon buckt and overcharged me for filter fabric....your diminishing livestock and product base are evidence of your poor quality customer service...I will never come back...

Is this store located in Troy, Ohio? If so it's amazing how nobody ever has a good thing to say about this place.

I heard a couple days ago from a friend that went there that the tanks are full of bubble algae.

The last time I was in there, he was the only one there.  Literally was watching a movie on a laptop behind the counter, with headphones in, didn't say a word the whole time I was in there.  I will probably not go back.  This was back during the summer, haven't been since.

I paid him to do a tank install that leaked water as fast as I could put it in. His response was "well i plumbed it, what what you told me to do".  I guess you have to make it clear that you request it not to leak.

I have never been back.

Hmm.. The owners son must be sitting there a lot. I've been there a few times and it seems like every time I go there it get worse and worse. Maybe he should get up and do some maintenance on the aquariums. They look horrible! The last time I was there he was sitting behind the desk watching tv like most ppl have experienced, we started talking and some how got on a conversation about Gerbers. All he wanted to do was completely bash Gerbers and how they do business ect... Needles to say I'll never be going back!

Speaking from personal experience, after you sold/got out of it, they were doing alright for awhile...but slowly the quality of the specimens started going down, fish selection went down hill, and service started getting bad too. I finally stopped going there even for getting fish food. I can't say anything on real specifics though, just what I saw.
