Hi Miles, all the CBB are spoken for. If most fish get picked up this week I can order more. It takes 21 days to get through quarantine after arrival.

If you could order on for me the next time around that would be great.

I got a report from someone that picked up a cbb Yesterday that it has already made a big dent in their aptasia population. Hope everyone has luck. They are eating mysis and brine as well.

Does anyone know where I can get clams on 1/2 shell? I hear they take to that good as well. Would like to have that as well for next batch. Looking for a grocery store where I can get them. The pet store retail package is pricey.

i have bought them at i think gerbers but more pricey then grocery. my copperband doesn't seem to care for them. I highly recommend live black worms for anyone struggling to get a copperband to eat.

Are they a pain to raise them? Where can I get them?

Mine has not been eating mysis, he has been picking at the rock, so I swapped a new piece of live rock in.

CG does have black worms, just grabbed them today.  3.99 for 2 oz by volume.  Not sure how hard they are to culture.... here is a link to buy bigger volumes. https://www.aquaticfoods.com/BlackwormCareM.html

By the way...... coral and fish quality is nothing compare to Lazy’s Frag House.

PaulB has a thread on R2R for raising white worm. Work as well as black worms but less nutritious. Very simple to raise. I may try it as well.

Took him a little, but started devouring the worms.  The clownfish loved them too....the little guy sucking them up like spaghetti.

Talk about aptasia control. I bought one of those copper band butterflies. While it is eating mysis shrimp it also cleared out a 4"x8" patch of aptasia in just a couple days.

I got my CBB from Brian last weekend, and after just a few days, I do not have one aptasia in my tank! On an even better note, he is absolutely destroying the Mysis I feed the tank with. Now I need a tang to control the hair algae 😁 Brian, here I come lol.

Mine is picking at my rocks but isnt eating my mysis yet.  I am feeding black worms which it is eating good.  What brand of mysis are you all feeding that your cbb is eating?  I bought San Fransisco brand.
thanks
Jeff

I use BSD Mysis. I think the trick was feeding Mysis and Brine for the first few days, then switching to only Mysis.
