high phosphates and nitrates

both are high, and i do way over feed, so i will cut down on that other that doing a few water changes is there a way to get them down. nitrites are 0 . let me know thanks

I like 50% water changes weekly over three weeks to get them down. It is a little stressful but no different then purchasing a coral or fish from a store and putting it in your tank with all different water. As long as you can match your new water to current water regarding PH, Alk, Salinity and Temperature there should be no problems.

I prefer a more gradual approach.  Cut back on feeding, skim wet, install a remote deep sand bed (if you don't already have one), grow macroalgae, and run some gfo (small amounts at first...gradually increase.)
