Thanks Joe for letting us know.  This is up for further discussion, but I'm thinking we'll approach the idea of committee chair/etc around voting time for board positions just to keep things simple.

I think this would be a good idea if we plan on doing a swap every year.

I know that I didnt play a part in planning the swap but I think that everyone who won something in the raffle should email the donators with a big thank you.  I sent one out to autotopoff for the prize that I won.  I will probably post on setting it up to  give  alittle exposure on their product.  Just a suggestions to all who won something.

Sending a Thank you email is a great idea. It will also probably help when we request them to donate an item again next year. The raffle really made the swap, I was amazed at all the stuff that was donated. Some really high dollar stuff.

My 2 cents:
This is the first 'frag swap' I have been to, but I've been to A LOT of reptile swaps of many different sizes from small to very large.

This was very well put together and was professional and everyone involved with making it that way should be applauded, And I applaud you All.

I wish I could have met those of you that I have not met in person. Especially those that post more often. I enjoy and appreciate your info and knowledge.

That was the first frag swap I've been able to get out to so far and even though I didn't really get to stay and chat with anyone because of work, I did enjoy it quite a bit.  I think everyone did a really nice job putting it all together.  Thanks to everyone involved for putting it on.

Hi Micki, I could see the back of your head in one of the pics but that was all. And isnt it you that talks about a bunch of grandkids?
 I seen the posted pics but I was not in any of them. And thats good for cameras sake.

Did you win anything? and did you get to get around and see everything or was you stuck at the door?

Yep it's me always talking about my grandkids...but I only have 2!   

I looked around some.  Bought a few coral.  I won RO/DI cartridges and resin as well as Reef Rods!
