Question for the club, does anyone use Selcon or something else to soak their food in before feeding? If so how long do you soak your food for?

 - 1min
 - 2min
 - 3min
 - 5min
 - 10min
 - Longer?

I use garlic I soak my food about 5 to 10 mins before I feed
We don't know how strong we are until being strong is the only choice we have.

I am now making my own food with ground up live oysters, mussels, and clams. I add quite a bit of selcon to the blend

Then I break off enough for about 3 days, add some tank water to thaw it, a cube of mysis, and another couple drops of selcon.

I’ll start feeding that the next day because the selcon needs time to soak in.

Just adding a few drops and then feeding serves no purpose as it does not have time to soak in.

I did the same with my last tank by adding it to a cube of mysis then unit over a couple days.

My fish have always stayed healthy and very vibrant coloring.
