lps growth
« on: August 18, 2018, 10:41:38 »
doing some thinking and unable to find answers online. if i have a 10 head hammer colony will that grow faster than 10 single heads of hammer? i know the 10 looks better, but what would the optimal size be for propagation?

get the feeling that some of my larger lps colonies are not budding/splitting as quickly because of the amount of skeleton growth they would need to get light/flow/food.

I would think with all the conditions and lighting all being the same the growth should be the same.  Once it is all branched out it acts as separate corals anyways.
