I just got a BRS Doser and want to program it to come on for 4 minutes at the top of each hour from 8am-8pm. In case of power outage, I want it to remain off unless it’s within that timeframe. Can someone screen shot their Fusion program for me or type the code please?? Thanks in advance!

Are you not using Apex DOS any longer? Or is this for second tank?

Brian, after lowering my light levels, the PO4 has been going thru the roof. I tried Rowaphos and it damaged my Montis. Then tried carbon dosing and most of the SPS didn’t like that either so I went Jeff’s route and started dosing Lanthanum Chloride. So I’m still using the DOS for alk/calc and got the BRS Doser for the lanthanum. It’s only been a few days but I got the PO4 down to .13. Trying to take it slow and it doesn’t seem to be harming anything.

This is a handy code generator. It works on volume you want to add, versus just time.

Here is the code generated
Fallback OFF
OSC 000:00/004:00/056:00 Then ON
If Time 20:00 to 07:59 Then OFF

Great. Thank you!

do you like the DOS? Any issues? I was considering them

You can’t beat the DOS if you’re using Fusion. The extra money is worth the convenience. I love it. I just couldn’t justify the money for another one at this time. I’m still contemplating emptying the 75 and starting over.

I use the brs pumps. Once you have figured out your consumption there is formulas online that spits out the apex program for none dos. Pumps very convient
