This clam has looked so good for a couple years. Today it looks horrible. Could it be po4?

I don't know a lot about clams but it seems to be "hiding" or pulling in for some reason....is there anything bothering it possibly?

Not that I could see. The other clam in the tank seems to be doing fine.
