Title: Led light issue

I wander if anyone has had this issue. My led reefbreeder brand led light will no longer dim completely. I can dim the moonlights/blues all the way to zero/off but the whites will not dim to zero/off even though the digital pad says they are at zero. Basically no more moon light at night for the tank.
