does any one use reefroids and have you had any good outcome and how do you dose it when you use it interested bought some would like to know ,also I heard it degrades you water quality any issues with that to   Thanks

I've always used Reef Chili but have tried Reef Roids. I use both to target feed but I think the feeding response (personally) is better with Reef Chili. I can't speak to the nutrient issue as I always use less than recommended with Reef Roids, but have had no issues with nutrients.
