Bacteria for new tank

Does anyone have recommendations for the bacteria to add to a new tank?  There are several different brands, but didn't know if one was better, or if you had success with one.

Using dr Tim’s bacteria and ammonium chloride work great together for fishless cycle.

I used API and ammonia from Walmart last tank (odorless ammonia, no fragrances).

For my new startup, I will actually be using API, BioSpira, and Dr. Tims, along with Dr Tims ammonia.

It costs HOW much?!

Thank you for the help.  I see on the Dr. Tims bottle it says you can add fish immediately. Is this ok to do?
