180 gallon for sale

I have a buddy of mine getting out of the hobby. he is wanting to sell everything that he has. I will gather a list of everything he has. I am sure he would part out but I think he would just rather sell everything at once to get ride of it. I will talk with him about prices as well. really nice tank.

tall is 27"
he is asking 1500 for everything he has

skimmer rated for a 300 gallon tank
algae scrubber

ice cape 150
updated lights 3 Leds lights I need to check with him on the brands
and he has t5 as well on the tank.
over 200 lbs of live rock. 1 shelf rock that is almost 24" long around 12 wide.
10 fish.

I am surei am missing some things in here. have a question please feel free to ask. he does not know the brand of the tank or how old it is.
