New from Waynesville
« on: May 01, 2016, 20:10:52 »
Hello, I am Josh. Wanted to introduce myself -- relatively new to the hobby but recently bought an established 25g reef tank. Live in Waynesville in Warren County.

Thank you for the warm welcome, everyone.

Welcome.
Tell us a little about your tank

After lots of experience with freshwater tanks I recently bought a fully running saltwater setup. It's a 25g cube with a nice selection of SPS, LPS and soft corals. It came with a mandarin, a royal gramma, a coral banded shrimp and some other inverts. Added a soft coral, a zoa, a couple of emerald crabs, a yellow tail damsel and an oscellaris here in the past week to make it my own.

Enjoying the hobby very much so far other than how easy it is to spend a boatload of money!

That looks great!  One of the best cubes I've seen.

Thank you very much! I moved around some things and added a couple of ricordea and a torch since (I love my Euphyllias). Everything has been growing like crazy!

Very nice tank there, looks great!

Thank you! I really appreciate it!  :D

Great looking tank! Nice reef! Yes they can be taxing on the wallet, but you can't take it with you. (I don't want to die of starvation either.) Stay on top of the maintenance because it is hard recover.
Good Luck!
Gary
