I ordered from these people twice now. the first time i ordered all snails and got 25 crabs. the last time i ordered snails the post office never delivered them. the tracking page said available for pick up. my daughter was home all day. when i went to pick it up the guy at the counter told me that the express mail truck came in late so the supervisor took the packages out to deliver her self but she got in an accident. my snails were all dead. i put them in the tank for 3 days as their website says. after three days i contacted john and told him what happened. he said send him a photo of the losses so i did. i also told him why the package was not delivered. he offered me a 10% discount on my next order. i replied and asked if that was supposed to replaced the dead snails. he response was to unsubscribe me from the email list. Good luck if you choose to order from them.
