Choice Aquariums
« on: June 10, 2006, 10:48:21 »
If you are like me, and you are willing to travel for great quality coral, healthy livestock, etc, then I would also recommend visiting Wayne at Choice Aquariums in SW Michigan (Farmington Hills/Detroit). Like Joel (locally) at Aquariums, Etc., Wayne is serious when it comes to providing top quality water filtration systems for all of his livestock. Better water quality means healthier fish, inverts and coral. Again, places like Aquariums, Etc and Choice Aquariums are the exception and not the rule on how most local fish shops operate. Sorry, but nothing bothers me more than walking through a local  aquarium shop and seeing dirty aquariums filled with dead or sick fish or corals being exposed to bad water and inadequate lighting.

Check out the mechanical/filtration room at Choice Aquariums  and the 325 gallon coral tank (click on pics to expand).
