LFS in Ohio & Michigan & Indiana

I am trying to compile some maps of all the LFS in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan area.
I have a fairly complete map for the Michigan area that can be seen in this thread at the Michigan Reefers forum:

Very small store in the middle of nowhere with high quality corals. They carry marine fish and corals.

Im not sure I would list Pet Solutions, it is not open to the public, and you cant even go inside. I would hate to see someone drive all that way to find out it is not open to the public.
