HOOOORAY!!!!!!!!

We finally sold our house in Englewood yesterday!  Time to buckle down and finish the basement so I can get an aquarium!  I can't wait to start the thread for my new tank!

Bathroom turned out great...and we just learned that the buyer backed out because of money trouble.  Talk about jumping the gun :(  But I'm still excited about starting a new tank thread in the future...and I'm pissed at the person that finalized the offer and never signed the contract.
