Salt question

So I was using normal instant ocean but that was before I started going to reef. So I then picked up red sea coral pro salt.

Question is am I doing something wrong with ny mixing. It always had stuff floating wrought even after days of being in the mixing tub.  I have a 700gph power head in the tub and a 300watt heater. I keep the water at 78.  But it always has tons of stuff the settles to the bottem sides and floating.  Oh and I do use a rodi system and test at 0tds. 
 
Does this salt do they for anyone else. What other brand should I go to I still have over half the bag left and its the 200gallon bag so I want to finish it off unless it just sucks.
