Good to be here. I've been lurking for a bit. Nice community!
Mine is a two-year old, low-tech bare bottom 40b: Reefbreeders Gen. 1 Photon 24, Reef Octopus HOB skimmer, modded Fluval/Aquaclear 70 (to hold filter fabric and carbon/GFO media as necessary), Koralia 1400 and old Aqua clear 50 powerheads (each have been covered to protect RBTAs). Manual top-off and dosing - not ideal.
Livestock: Pair of mocha clowns, starry blenny, snails, hitchhiking sponges, two RBTA (one new to me and one old to me), toadstool, GSP, pulsing xenia, monti cap, birdsnest, and green slimer.
Maintenance: 10% water changes per week and siphon detritus off bottom, blow off rocks, clean glass, etc. Nothing too involved. 
This tank was supposed to be an RBTA/clown only tank, but the 6-12 month initial wait for tank stability is long and I managed to acquire other animals along the way.  And so it goes...

Grumpy look AND he bites me every time I have my hand in the tank. It always startles me - even when I know it's coming.
