Looking for powerhead(s) that will be sufficient for a75 I need to keep plenty of flow behind the rock to manage the detritus

I have 2 seio M1100 power heads sitting in a bag waiting for a home.  Let them go both for $25.  They have the suction cup mounts.  Also quite a few mj1200 pumps set up propeller style $12 per pump.
