Title: Triton method

Has anyone had any experience with the triton method. I am asking because I’m setting up a new tank and trying to decide what direction I would like to go. Thinking of purchasing a triton44 sump just not sure if it’s a waist of money or should I just use the 55gallon that I have, any suggestions?

I have a sump if interested.
