Don't forget to bring coolers. Bring an extra if anyone is planning on picking up any of the LRS Frenzy foods from Larry himself. He is making a special batch of coral food for the swap this weekend.!!

The food turned out awesome as promised. I took the Reef Frenzy and deleted the veggies and nori. I then added 2x the normal Oyster Eggs, Cyclops, Rotifers, Phyto and powdered zooplankton. Then the seafood went back into the processor and ended up about 15% more pureed than the Reef Frenzy you have in the store.

I have over 50 4 ounce packs (actually generously filled) for the show, and NO you cannot have them all for the store!

I plan on offering a nice "bundle" price on our foods so folks can sample the different blends.

BTW- My son bailed out on me due to school work, so I am a bachelor Saturday night after the swap.....where's everyone eating?!?!

The raffle bundles are done and ready to be packed on dry ice for the trip tomorrow morning to OH. Ten lucky winners are going to get a pack of Reef Frenzy, Herbivore Frenzy, and Fish Frenzy. Of course I included a swedish fish (which ships with every order) a keyring/bottle opener and a postcard explaining all the "Carolina Goodness" in each pack of food.

It is going to be nice Saturday and although warmer then it has been still on the cool side. Consider adding a couple hand warmers to your cooler you are transporting your corals in. You can tape them to the inside of the lid so they are not in direct contact with the bags but keep the livestock warm.

I thought we were doing TEN individual raffles so I bundled up 30 packs into ten bundles of three each!

Just a question when usually by fish or coral I usually go straight home. How long will coral be good in bags? Ive never been to something like this before so just wondering how do I insure my corals will be fine the whole time?

Corals stay in bags for 24hours in shipping. Just get some Hand warmers and tape them to the lid of your cooler

I could use some chaeto. The GHA in my tank decided to start growing inside of my current chaeto ball so it is getting tossed.

Does your chaeto have many pods in it? I'm needing pods for my tank, mine have been pretty well wiped out.

I'm sure there are pods in it, my mandarin is so fat he can barely swim. I know my Hawaiian Strombus Snails breed in there, I've also seen bristle worms. There are no pests that I know of, but it grows pretty dense I can't see everything.
