If you keep them well fed, they tend to behave themselves.

If they get hungry? All bets are off, hehe.

I had a coral banded that killed almost any fish that got put in the tank. I couldnt figure it out. Just health fish one day dead the next. He wasnt eating them or anything. I know was him when I watched him grab my niger trigger and killed it. That was the last fish he would kill. Hes now gone and havent lost a fish yet. Too bad took two yellow tangs, a unicorn tang, a couple wrasses and niger trigger to figure out he was the culprate.

The shrimp was average to large. He had taken a liking to a particular cave area and when anything would swim through he would flar up in defensive looking stance. The time i cought him in action this exact thing hapend the niger swam through and wam he grabbed him up. I was able to free him but the next day was on bottom of tank looking healthy as could be but dead. That was the last straw as i had picked him up for free from another reefer. Kind of made me wonder if they didnt already know he like to kill fish. Up untill that point all i could figure was the fish were sick when i bought them from LFS. After removing him have had no more dead fish.

Oh do you know if most of them are like that? I have a medium sized one and I'm wondering if I should be worried
