I just found this dude, think i got him in some sand i just got to put in my fuge, can anybody i.d. thanks and should he be in my tank or fuge???

You'll see them all over your tank at night.  Normally you only see them feeding, rarely see the whole body.

+1 Good clean-up crew member, you can leave it in the tank.  First shot kind of looks like a little cobra, lol.
