This light has had the reflector cut down the center as shown below (please note the gratuitous use of my son ... it's on his tank BTW ... in hopes of selling this to fund the purchase of a MH to put on his tank)

However did some research before I posted and several of these have recently been sold for over $150. They are a good solid setup with a lot of bang for the buck. especially when you can get 4 new tubes for $45 on Catalina Aquarium
