Not sure what you are talking about. Are you trying to post a picture? If so you need to host the picture on a site like photo bucket.

It says where you attach the photo that the size must be under 256 kb.  If your photos are larger, please use a hosting service like photobucker or flickr, or just resize them.  Picassa by Google has a nice resizing function.
