Bobbit Worm
« on: January 13, 2016, 00:03:39 »
So was down messing with the sump the other day. Had all the pumps off and was just looking at things swimming around. I saw this strange green worm with like 4 whiskers. It moved very quickly never saw the whole thing most of it was in the rock. I have been doing some searching online and it seems to me to be a bobbit worm. I have no freakin clue how I would have gotten one in my tank. All my rock was dry rock and I dip all my corals. Only thing I can think is this little bastard came in as an egg and survived the dip. So on my next day off I am going to try and catch this thing before it gets big. Right now it isn't a threat to any fish and it is down in the sump away from my coral. If/when I catch it I will try to take some pics to post on here see if ya'll agree with me on what it is. If it is what I think it is I am glad I found it now before it got big I don't think I could handle it when it gets big would creep me out.......
