Do we know what dates brought in the most revenue in the past years?

Revenue is more based on how much effort is put in by the frag swap committee.  #1 Revenue producer is the raffle, and that takes alot of legwork. 

Easter is late April 16th, 2017.    I might recommend that we do April 8th for our swap, or to be honest October wasn't a bad time to do it either.

They just told me they have no date and no idea when it would be.

Either March or Fall Seems Good.

It has always been in March in the Past.

But the Fall Swap was Great too.

The only thing is it is harder to plan a swap in the fall as there are 10 swaps in the Midwest that Happen in an 8 Week Time Frame :(

Since Most of the Early 2017 Swaps have already been announced 3-4 or 3-18 would work.

Care4Reefs was never mentioned in that Thread (2017 Frag Swap List) or the One on Reef2Reef.

Perhaps you were looking at the 2016 Frag Swap Thread where they had it on 2-6-16

Take no offense, as I'm just thinking aloud, but I think with the results of the previous frag swap I would have considered not doing one until you have the man power to do so.  If you don't spend money to advertise, I don't think you will get the crowd you desire.

We have decided that due to the time crunch, the spring swap would not be as good as we want, which is why we moved the date to October.  This way we have more time to solicit raffle prizes, make preparations for the venue, fill vendor spots and do all the other things involved with the swap.

I agree, this year we plan on spending a lot more time and resources advertising, planning and executing to produce a very nice swap.
