Found this supplier that is based in CA, looks like they're using Chinese LED's but back them with a 2 year warranty (go figure), ordered some testing supplies in for my business and going to see how good they are.

In chatting with them they do have silicon eject LED fixture designed for aquarium applications, so I'm game!
