Isopods?
« on: July 30, 2014, 21:31:14 »
So I am needing pods for the seahorse tank. Reefs2go has huge quantities and I was looking at a place that I ordered from before, but wasn't at all happy with. So I'm reading through some things about is place on reef2reef and see that there are some people mad because they received isopods in with their pods. So that had me wondering, what's the big deal with isopods? So I did some digging and find they're not good at all. Thinking even deeper, my tank started really going down hill after I put those pods in my tank. That's when fish started dieing, shrimp, a clam ect about a month after I put the pods in my tank.

Could that have been from isopods?
Has anyone experienced an isopod problem in their tank(s)?

Sifi did do a movie about giant isopods.  Can't remember what it was called, but it was nearly as bad as sharknado.

Back to the subject at hand, I have added pods from there before and after lost fish and a clam . Just thought it bad luck but I wonder if it was isopods. Maybe, I don't know.
If it weren't for bad luck, I'd have no luck at all.
