Just wanted to let everyone know that although you see me advertising for the Frag Swap, I am not the one behind the scenes doing all the work required to pull this off. There are 5 to 6 very involved club members that are working on this every day. Their commitment to the swap and this club is tremendous.

Well, I registered at Fragswapper, but honestly I feel like I have nothing anyone would want.
All I can muster is 2-3 green monti cap frags,  and some colts.  Is that worth fooling with?

Everthing is worth posting up on fragSwapper. ;D Monti caps are great I have 4 different kinds in my tank 3 of them came off fragSwapper
you just never know who is looking for that one frag of something that you may have :D

Also more people start posting and swapping the closer it gets to the fragswap

I just sold a frag of white pom pom xenia. Only 3$ a frag, not really worth fooling with but I find the process to be fun.

monti cap would deff sell

Especially green. Much less common then red.

Ok, thanks for the encouragement!  I have a nice piece of it and someone recently told me that the more you frag it the faster it grows.  True?

I just don't have anything to stick more frags to.

I personally like to buy frags unmounted :) everyone ends up breaking off the plug anyways.

I agree with breaking off the plugs, but after I get home with it.  Mounted and encrusted  are signs of a healthly frag.

Man, I knew someone was going to throw out that argument  it is nice to see encrustation to know the frag has healed from the cut

FragSwapper has blown up over the past week with 140 items listed. Many are already spoken for so check it out before that Gem get's away from you.

Products are still coming in strong for the raffle. Here are a couple of items received  and companies that donated this week.

How about a little WYSIWYCW eye candy.

The general raffle is going to start at 3:00, and you will need to be present to win. If you can't be there you are not completely out of luck because back by popular demand is the 50/50 progressive raffle.

Tickets are $1 each for which .50 cents goes to the raffle. Last year the winner received $200+. Pay out is in the form of a credit to your favorite Ohio Reef sponsors participating in the raffle. Coral Ranch, Coral Pets or Aquatic Specialist. Our sponsors have sweetened the pot by putting in the first 50$ to get things rolling. So the winner will receive 1/2 of all progressive raffle sales + 50$ in the form of a credit.

Just how big is Ohio Reef 2nd annual frag swap. With 155 registered attendees and 300 items listed on Fragswapper makes it the the third largest swap in the Mid West. So don't miss it, it is going to be the BIG ONE!

sent us a Marineland Double Bright LED Light that expands from 36" to 48" for the raffle

Hi everyone, I just recently joined the forums after finding out about this event and would be greatly interested in the early bird setup.
I sent a PM to Cyberwolf but it gave me an error message afterwards saying I didn't have permission yet. I think it might be because of not posting on the forums yet.
Any help would be reatly appreciated.  :D
