mp 40 mother board died?

so it stopped working, the power supply powers up green, then when i plug the power head to the controller  the power supply flashes green very dim i have used the other power supply and the same thing happens, so i guess if someone dosent have a great idea on fixing it, does anyone have a used old controller/mother board part i can buy. no rush because there is nothing in the tank right now but a few little fish.
