Cincy will typically be around that time as well, although one of the smaller swaps in Ohio it is worth the trip.
What are you basing this statement on - attendance, vendors, individual's booths, size of raffle? As one of the CincyReef swap organizers and being on the BOD, I can say we are always looking at how to improve our swap. In the process of talking with people who have attended most frag swaps in Ohio to improve ours, most have indicated CincyReef's frag swap and the Columbus frag swap are comparable and tied for second, with Cleveland having the largest in Ohio.

Just curious...

I myself have never been to the cincy swap. I have heard it is a great one. When is the next swap scheduled?

I believe the  statement was based off the fragswapper.com attendance numbers.

I agree C-sea largest in the state.

My statement above is purely based on hobbyist attendance according to fragswapper registration stats.

Ohio Reef 2010 - Registered Users: 118         Registered Attendants: 177
Cinccy 2009 - Registered Users: 92         Registered Attendants: 143
Cora 2009  - Registered Users: 170         Registered Attendants: 264

I registered for fragswapper.com for Ohio Reef's swap but did not go as well as several others I told to check out some corals
I have been to cincy and columbus swap but did not register on fragswapper.com

The best way would be to count the people coming in the door.

I was at all the swaps above and percentage of diffrence between numbers seems to be a fairly accurate representation. Reefman your registration for Ohio Reef and not for cinncy or Cora is likely cancelled out by someone else doing just the opposite.
Csea is double Cora which is almost double Cinccy and Ohio Reef. Regarding quality I would not say attendance has all that much influence. All of them are fun and have something great and unique about them.

Right so to get a good count there should have been someone at the door counting people.

This is only an indication of how well clubs promote fragswapper.  We promote our events via LFS and other mainstream venues, as well as other club sites.  I know we didn't promote last year's event via Fragswapper or encourage people to register there.  We have over 400+ people attend our swaps each year, based on money collected at the door.

I myself have never been to the cincy swap. I have heard it is a great one. When is the next swap scheduled?

We are still trying to finalize a date and work around other events in the region.  We are also looking at alternative locations to allow people in earlier to set up as well as more space for the hobbyist seller.  Someone will post the date in the coming weeks when we finalize everything.

i doesn't matter to me i enjoy cincy and Daytons..... ;D

Agreed. I don't think it matters what club is sponsoring it or which club you belong to, just that it's a fun event for everyone and promotes the hobby.

We have the #'s from our swap, we had someone at the door counting the people as they came in. You are more than welcome to show up to a meeting and we can show you the paper we counted on.

For what its worth, I enjoyed the Cincy swap last year, nice venue, and easy to find. It was a tad small (the venue). I for one, can't wait for it!
