We are in need of volunteers for the 2013 Ohio Reef Frag Swap. The more peoplewe can get to help out, the easier it will be on everyone. You don't have to be a payed member to help. You just need to be willing. So if you have been thinking about getting involved here @ Ohio Reef, this is your chance. So please let us know. Thanks for your time.

yeah that was more the next day, but yes last year swap weekend was crazy... I think from Friday - Monday evening I got maybe 4 hours sleep. lol

I am making out the schedule for the swap. I need at least 3 people to be there at 7-8 am to help set up the tables and help set up the raffle. After that we will rotate duties so everyone will have a good chance to walk the swap. Here is the schedule as of right now.
For set up Cbenner, Travis8896, Barboyr, and anyone else that would like help out.

Collecting & stamping= we will have 2 people doing this @ a time.
12-1:15 shift= Neogenisis & Buk
1:15-2:45 shift= Volcano & Andrew
2:45-4 shift= Charlieweaver & ~~Itsalifestyle~~
Clean up I have Steve & anyone else that can stick around & help. The more we have the faster we can get out of there & get our goodies into our tanks.

If you can not be there at the times I have you down for PLEASE, let me know in advance. Your are welcome to contact others & swap times. As long as there is 2 people there at a time we are good. If you are not on the list and would like to help just let me know.

Thank you for your help. This is a good time to support our swap meet alot of our members. Your support is what makes Ohio Reef a wonderful place.
