I am making out the schedule for the swap. I need at least 3 people to be there at 7-8 am to help set up the tables and help set up the raffle. After that we will rotate duties so everyone will have a good chance to walk the swap. So please let me know if your available from beginning to end, or between what hours you are going to be available. Please let me know asap. Thanks.

Here is the schedule as of right now.
For set up Cbenner, Travis8896, Barboyr, and anyone else that would like help out.

Collecting & stamping= we will have 2 people doing this @ a time.
12-1:15 shift= Neogenisis & Buk
1:15-2:45 shift= Volcano & Andrew
2:45-4 shift= Charlieweaver & ~~Itsalifestyle~~
Clean up I have Steve & anyone else that can stick around & help. The more we have the faster we can get out of there & get our goodies into our tanks.

If you can not be there at the times I have you down for PLEASE, let me know in advance. Your are welcome to contact others & swap times. As long as there is 2 people there at a time we are good. If you are not on the list and would like to help just let me know.

Thank you for your help. This is a good time to support our swap meet alot of our members. Your support is what makes Ohio Reef a wonderful place.
