Snow on the site theme

Can we get rid of the snow on the site?   It chews up CPU.   I've changed back to the default site theme, and the snow is still there.

It runs just fine on my end, no excess CPU usage here... LOL the only thing I did notice though was that it changes directions on every other screen lol.

It runs fine, but I tend to leave the browser on the Ohio Reef home page..........it chews up 40% of the cpu time.   This is on both chrome and IE.

LoL, I was thinking the same thing.  At first I was like what the heck is up with my vision, should I get my eyes checked, did someone spike my lemonade!

These are my only options. I have tried changing them all and no change in CPU usage

Enable Adk snow effect:
Change the speed of the snow:
Change the design of the snow:
Change the color of snow:
Disable Snow accumulation:
Disable your Mouse Tracking:

Thanks for yanking it... I thought my screen was going bad on my iPad, it had dots all over the screen that wouldn't move.
