Herd that we are in need of a new logo so I put this together. Just an idea only took a few minutes so feel free to state your opinions and ideas!! I need criticism to make it better!

That is pretty amazing it only took a few minutes. Looks fantastic nice work. Looking forward to see some more

I really like the last one... the only "change" that would make it look "better" IMO, would be to do something dufferent with the state of Ohio since it and the "C" of Ohio Reef seem to blend into one another.... of course, this is just me getting "nit-pucky" now....

Well I had to change the background photos because of copyright laws. I'm working on new photos now. And yea I did notice the C blending so I'm changing a few things. Will post it soon

Looks awsome. If you outlined Ohio in white, would that make it not blend as much? Or would that look bad?

I tried that and it contrasted to much. Ill keep working on it! Thanks for all the feed back keep em comin! I can't make a good logo if I don't know what looks bad

Is it possible to bring the reef photo down so it only shows in the bottom half of the letters and fades into black or blue?

I would try to fade from a deep blue close to the imate and fade to black near the top edge of the lettering. See what that looks like

Try both, but I think shift the image down in both... Then just use a dark blue to black gradient to fill the rest

I think it looks great! Good job man, I don't think your dropping the C in the latest rendition to me.... but if your still unhappy with it, maybe a little silver outline or embossed.
