Pied Piper Pipe Organ

Hello I was looking around on RC today and seen Pied Piper Pipe organ someone was selling it for $50 for 1-2 inches unmounted.  Is this a reasonable selling price?  I have a rock about the size of a basketball and if it really does sell for that much I'm about to have 2000 frags of it.

Basic economics...supply versus demand.  I personally would never pay that much...it's not exactly rare.  If that person is getting that much for it, great, but I've never sold my frags for that.

I was surprised I usually sell it for $10 for a two-three inch attached to live rock and no one really ever wants it.
