try a glass shop. These guys might not have them on hand but will know where to get them.

If you can't find one I can order one in for you, would take about 2-3 days shipping & can have it dropped off to your door.  Need a size to give you a price.

I was in your shop the other day and bought a 2" bulkhead which is why I needed a hole saw. I bought some small diamond coated cutting wheels from Harbor Freight for $8.00. It took me about an hour but I made a semi round hole that was good enough for the 2" bulkhead to seal around.

just remember for a 2" bulkhead you need something like a 3.25" hole. Dont quote me on the exact size maybe someone can chime in on this.

I found an internet supplier called glass-holes.com that will have what you need and at reasonable prices.

The best price is on ebay and I have baught these from a guy from Hong Kong and he is quick shipping and cheap. great deals I used a diamond bit from him to drill a hole in the 180 that slandis has to accomodate a schedule 80 2" bulkhead. No problems other than the bowl I ruined to tape to the glass to hold the water to keep the bit cool and lubricated. I believe that Slandis could confirm the hole was clean.

I just got a bit from a guy in Florida.  I got one for a 1" bulk head ( 1 3/4") bit.  It is yellow in color and has a pretty good diamond grit coating to it.  It cost me $22 after shipping and what not.  Can't really remember the exact price without looking.

I haven't gotten to use it yet.  Hopefully sometime this weekend I will be able to.
