Phyto - How Much?

I got some phyto from Micki the other day and I'm wondering how much I should dose and how often?

I added 1/2 cup on Friday and was thinking of maybe continuing that amount 3x a week or so. Should I slowly increase it?

Gary for your size tank I wouldn't use any more than that.  I doub't I even use that much at one time in my tank.

Wow, really?!? Is phyto one of those "a little goes a long way"?

Is anytime better for feeding it?

I've found a little goes a long way.  I've read it's best to add it in the evening right before or right after the lights go out.  I "try" to stick to that but I've also added it during the day. 

Maybe some others will chime in on their experiences.
