I found this "cocoon" looking sac hanging in my live rock tonight. At first I thought maybe one of my fish had died, but they are all accounted for. Any ideas what this is?

I'm thinking its an egg sack.  Pods leave something similar, but not quite the same as that.  Theirs are a little more hairy looking
