Does anyone else use this?

If so, do the flakes appear damp/soggy to you?

I only use the frozen Cyclop-eeze bars, but I am interested in how the flake/ dry stuff works for the fish, corals and inverts.

When I feed it to the tank by itself, my fish don't seem to care for it.  When I add it to the flake food mixture that I normally feed, they eat everything.  As for the corals, I don't think that I have enough coral in my tank to really give a good answer.  I'm not sure how they'd benefit from a flake food.  I'd like to say that it helps, but how do you know???

Most everything I've read says the frozen is way better.  Never tried the flake but everything responses to the frozen as soon as it hits the water.  Highly recommend.

Verper,

I do feed frozen from time to time, but I hear that it's loaded with PO.  Do you strain/rinse your frozens before adding them to your system?

No, I don't.
Good skimming should take care of that for you.
