sorry about all the nonsense ,i was trying to figure out how to post pictures. But the black peice on the right with all the silicone needs to get ripped out and figured out how to seal. i have the plumbing but not picture its just the curved pvc . you probably know what it looks like

It does look like a fairly straight forward fix. Read this

well you never want to use silicone tro try to fix a leak  you need to take it all back apart clean it all off very very well and then put the bulk head back it make sure the rubber washer is in the over flow
SIZE DOES MATTER

the bulkheads do not fit threw the holes, so i just took them off and now im trying to put somthing else together that will work.im using seals you cut yourself and acouple other pvc peices and theres always one spot that still leaks.i really do not want to waist all the money i put into this refugium.

if there the right bulk head they will fit right and have a good seal that you dont have to make

Do you need new bulkheads? There are several sizes.
