Popped my first Frag Cherry
« on: August 13, 2011, 22:48:36 »
Well I'm pleased to say that my wife and I popped our cherries together for the first time fragging corals.

Fragged our moon acan, some zoas, and our candy. Tomorrow when i get some plastic toothpicks i'll get to the softies. I'm going to let these grow out for about a month before i sell them to make sure they heal well. I soaked them in some Kent coral vite for about 30min after i get them super glued to the tiles, i super glued some golf ball tees to the bottom, couldnt find any plastic ones so the wood will have to do for now. I started to cut them in 1/2 because the tees were a bit long.

Just so happens when we went to Lowes to get the tiles they were on sale for $3/sqft, so it was nice and cheap. But if you happen to be interested in any let me know. $15 each, but the Acans are $20. They are on 1sq" tiles, but most of the Moon acans are on 2sq" tiles (4 tiles).
