75 GPD Flow Restrictor

I'm looking for a flow restrictor of a 75GPD membrane. Thanks!

JSleedy could get them inexpensively at one point.  Russ @ BFS has them, but you get killed on the shipping (I think it was a total of like $5 for the part + shipping).

I have one that is not in use.....

I'm using a needle valve, so you can adjust the flow.   Especially in the wintertime, the cold water.......cutting the flow back on the waste line can help keep production up.  I also run a pump on the supply side.

Thank you Paul, I hope we can get our schedules to meet up sometime :) I tried the valve trick but can't get it to keep an even pressure, production waxes and wanes.

FYI, any flow restrictors for 25 or 50GPD units will work also, just gotta cut them down.

This is the best way to go.  Dummy Depot sells 1/4 inch valves for RO tubing.  Put one on the waste output and you have an adjustable regulation device.  Just don't go crazy or you can damage your filter (too much pressure.)
