My home computer will not open their website, no trouble viewing it at work. Home is windows 7 work is an old Windows XP. Anyone else having trouble or any possible answers? Saw on Facebook page that other people were having the same issues. Tried to contact them but couldn't get through.

I can see it fine, but I know they just launched the new site.

Chrome seems to work fine on every platform, and safari on my iphone works too.  But then I have not ordered anything from them on the new site.

Still having trouble. Running Windows 7 Professional and using Chrome, but won't open with Explorer either. Anyone have any suggestions?

I'm running Window 7 Premium with Internet Explorer 11. The website opens without issue and I can view and add items to my cart. Good Luck!

I have a friend at premium aquatics. I'll let him know and share this thread with them so they know some are having issues with accessing their site.
